2. Perform a little physical pastime! The only I like about the first class is strolling. However, you may also do mild stretching, yoga, qigong, tai chi, and/or swimming. This isn't a time to push on your private first-rate like strolling a further mile. Take it clean!
3. Get plenty of sleep! All of us know that sleep is the body's way of giving our minds and bodies a hazard to restore and heal. Don't shortchange your fitness program by means of dishonest yourself out of a very good night's sleep. If possible take a quick "power nap" at some stage in the day. Your frame will thank you for it!
Non-obligatory: that is also an exquisite time to practice meditation, pay attention to soothing music, or pursue a hobby like painting or drawing. Begin a magazine, it's an excellent way to unwind and organize your thoughts.
